A browser tool for clinics. Drop in a patient's lab report PDFs and each test appears on one chart, in date order. It reads 19 common markers, and because it runs entirely in the browser, reports are never uploaded anywhere.
Trendline arranges values already printed on reports. It doesn't diagnose, interpret results or recommend treatment.

Describe what's broken in your own words. Mendly asks a few questions, then writes an illustrated repair guide for Indian homes, with the tools you'll need and what a plumber or electrician would have charged.

Banks, labs and portals change their formats without warning. We keep your automation working when they do, and make small changes as your team asks for them.
Jobs we take on: bank statements into accounting entries, purchase bills into spreadsheets, enquiry replies and appointment reminders on WhatsApp, and routine letters and reports drafted from your own templates.

Being small means you deal directly with the person who builds your tool. We also design things so you don't need to trust us much: Trendline never holds your data at all, and on automation projects you own the code we write for you and get a handover note.
Trendline reports are your own files on your own computer, so nothing is lost. Automation clients keep their code and documentation, and any developer can maintain it.
A general chatbot guesses across everything. We build one narrow tool for one job and test it on your real documents. Where numbers matter, we build in a check your team can see, and you don't pay in full until the agreed result is met.
Building the first version is the easy part. The hard part is next March, when your bank changes its statement layout. The care plan means someone is responsible for that.
Audits and clinic setups happen in person in Pune. Everything else works remotely, anywhere in India.
Wafflestack is run by Sheetal and Shalome in Pune, with a developer who works on our backend and Android code. We build our own products first, and take on client work where the same skills help.
